Don't Judge a Book by it's Cover
I’m sure you’ve heard the old saying, “Don’t judge a book by its cover”? And you shouldn’t, but most people do, especially regarding websites. The beauty of a website is necessary. Yet, speed and smooth navigation are the two primary factors that keep them there.

The Psychology of Colors
Did you know the color(s) used have a great psychological impact on the viewer’s opinion and interest in your site? This is a subconscious decision, similar to subliminal messages that commercials use.
If you search for something like “psychological colors for websites” you’ll get a multitude of sites. Each one is similar, but not exactly the same so it can become confusing. Therefore, just search for “the psychology of colors” and you decide. I mean, it’s your website.
The Perfect Website
How long it takes to build a website depends on the type of site, which sets the number of pages and how long the pages are. I’m a perfectionist, but I don’t have a Type A personality.
I’m Type C personality. Therefore, I will not rush to complete your site to make a sale, if I’m taking too long then cancel. I’m sorry, but I’m accurate, precise, detail-oriented, and conscientious of my work, and refuse to sell trash.
As noted above, the beauty of a website is very important. Many people like bells and whistles, and that’s fine. Yet, not all elements work well together. Things here and things over there are not always compatible and can cause slowness or even crashes.
Sluggishness turns a beautiful website into an ugly one. I don’t let that happen. I test and analyze everything. On the internet, glitter is not king, speed reigns supreme.
All maintenance freelancers I know of charge by the hour or by the project to build a website. I charge by the day.
Plan 1 – $60 a day.
Plan 2 – $30 a day + $225 per month for complete services.
Plan 3 – $225 a month for complete services.
When I build a website I spend anywhere from 5 to 10 hours a day. If it is taking to long to your satisfaction you can cancel the order. There is no upfront cost.
Plan 1 – For 30 days I’ll keep your plugins and theme up to date.
Plan 2 – I update and monitor everything daily. At some point in the future, whether it be a week, months, or even years later, you will want to change or add images, articles, or even pages, and that will be free of charge.
Plan 3 – You can hire me for my Maintenance+ for $225 a month, or hire me for basic Maintenance for $120 a month. Basic Maintenance includes the first 3 elements of Maintenance+, shown in the next tab.

Plan 1 – If you haven’t purchased a domain yet, I’ll get it for you if you wish. If you already have a domain I’ll need you to transfer it to my account with NameCheap and once your website is completed I’ll transfer it to whatever register you are using.
Plan 2 – If you haven’t purchased a domain yet, I’ll get it for you if you wish. If you already have a domain I’ll need you to transfer it to my account with NameCheap. It’ll stay there until you decide to cancel my services, then I’ll transfer it to whatever register you are using.

Plan 1 – Once you are content with the site, you’ll pay me the cost of the website through PayPal, Cash App, Chime, or any other banking platform you use. Once I receive payment I’ll put it online.

At this time I’ll do the SEO, Schema, and Alt Text. The reason I don’t do it first is for two reasons:
- It’s time-consuming, which would cost you more.
- If you choose not to purchase the website it would be a wast of my time.
Plan 3 – Not applicable.
If you want to build an online store I would say the best plugin is WooCommerce. It’s free and very powerful. Yet, there are others.
If you want me to build a fully built store know that it will take longer than other websites. If you want me to put the product in, that will take even longer.
And this will definitely need my Maintenance+, or you would be wasting your money having a store built. My Maintenance+ cost for stores is $500 a month.
If you want me to build you a dropship store, this is the one time you pay upfront. Cost is $3,500 and there is no refund. Why is because there are many components involved which can go haywire or the dropshipping company goes belly up or anything could happen and your store becomes worthless.
I do not recommend you hire me or anyone to build you a dropship store. If you want one it would be best if you built it. Dropshipping is a good business, it pays well and once it is complete and everything is working you basically don’t have to do anything but rake in the money.
As I had mentioned in the “Maintenance” tab, adding new content to your website is important if you want your site to rank on the Google search. Google’s spiders love new content.
I have been asked if I am a professional writer and I tell them yes because:

- I have experienced quite a few different, let’s say, lifestyles. Exposure to diverse matters increases one’s mindset.
- I was born with the ability and need to write.
- I have a thesaurus.
